We got a new refrigerator so I called Culligan. and was iadvised that they would install the new water line to our new refrigerator for free since we were a long established customer. The employee I spoke to who set up my appointment for the installation was extremely awesome. The technician that came out was extremely courteous, professional and quick with the new water line installation. We couldn’t be happier with Culligan.

All I can say is they work as advertised. You get what you pay for.

The Reverse Osmosis system works great and makes the water taste so much better. Love having it connected to the fridge to make ice as well. And if there's a problem at all it gets fixed quickly and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We love Culligan water!! It taste so much better than Lubbock water. The monthly charge is affordable and if anything comes up with your equipment they come out and service it for free! All our guests are always complimenting the taste of our coffee, tea, and water! They all love it! Our boys' friends are always saying, "The water here taste so much better than anywhere else!" LOL! We originally got Culligan because we needed filtered water for our baby's formula. We never canceled the service and would not now, because we use our Culligan water for everything!! Cooking, drinking, humidifiers, watering our plants, water for our pets, anything! I would definitely recommend everyone to get Culligan set up in their homes for their water and their ice! It makes all the difference in the world!!

I recently had an issue with water backing up into our dishwasher. The service man was very responsive and helpful. He explained the problem and fixed it…even though it was likely due to dishwasher installation and not the RO system. I was very appreciative.The staff are always friendly. We have used them for over 15 years. Set up appointments, call before they come, are good workers, fast, responsive and respectful. I highly recommend Culligan!
