He explained the problem and... fixed it…even though it was likely due to dishwasher installation and not the RO system. I was very appreciative.The staff are always friendly. Culligan Water of Lubbock has excellent employees... who go out of their way to be courteous, friendly and helpful. I have never had a problem getting my questions answered about the system, billing, etc. they are always there to help and very pleasant on the phone.., We are extremely happy with our Water Softener and Reverse Osmosis System! They work great.., The amount we pay for this each month is very reasonable, they come once a month and add salt so we don’t have to deal with it and they come once a year to service and replace anything that needs it..,We are very pleased with this Company and their outstanding Customer Service and Support!I highly recommend them 😊read more
