The Reverse Osmosis system works great and makes the water taste so much better. Love having it connected to the fridge to make ice as well. And if there's a problem at all it gets fixed quickly and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We love Culligan water!! It taste so much better than Lubbock water. The monthly charge is affordable and if anything comes up with your equipment they come out and service it for free! All our guests are always complimenting the taste of our coffee, tea, and water! They all love it! Our boys' friends are always saying, "The water here taste so much better than anywhere else!" LOL! We originally got Culligan because we needed filtered water for our baby's formula. We never canceled the service and would not now, because we use our Culligan water for everything!! Cooking, drinking, humidifiers, watering our plants, water for our pets, anything! I would definitely recommend everyone to get Culligan set up in their homes for their water and their ice! It makes all the difference in the world!!

I recently had an issue with water backing up into our dishwasher. The service man was very responsive and helpful. He explained the problem and fixed it…even though it was likely due to dishwasher installation and not the RO system. I was very appreciative.The staff are always friendly. We have used them for over 15 years. Set up appointments, call before they come, are good workers, fast, responsive and respectful. I highly recommend Culligan!

We enjoy the fact that we have easily accessible RO water on demand for a fraction of the cost of filling up jugs, not to mention having to lug them around and drive across town to fill them up over and over. They work great.., The amount we pay for this each month is very reasonable, they come once a month and add salt so we don’t have to deal with it and they come once a year to service and replace anything that needs it..,We are very pleased with this Company and their outstanding Customer Service and Support!I highly recommend them 😊

From the initial call to the last time the service guys were at our home we have been 100% satisfied. I recommend Culligan Water of Lubbock to all looking for service. Full price for the system is very reasonable and service is outstanding. We just paid in full & unfortunately the first night of installation our alarm we triggered due to a leak. Called the after hours number and someone was at our homes within minutes. They needed to order a replacement and would be back to replace the faucet. Due to my scheduled we had to wait a week but the technician set up everything under my sink to make sure no damages would be caused while we waited. You can’t find service like this nowadays. My entire family uses our RO system. Next step is the big guy for the entire house.

We have used Culligan Water of Lubbock for many years, but 4 years ago we moved into a house that had it own water softener. It was a pain to deal with and right after Thanksgiving the softener went out. I called Culligan, they were there within two day, they took out and disposed of the old one at no charge and replaced with a new water softener. They even cleaned out the closet. Culligan is very affordable, they put the salt in monthly and service, all included in a low monthly payment.Thank you Culligan!

We wanted to have soft water system in our house which is a new build and Melany was very helpful with personally contacting our builder as she found out in her visit that we did not have a soft water loop. After the visit, she sent an email which was a thorough explanation of what options we had, recommendations for plumbers (to install the water loop), RO system for the kitchen sink (a service which we thought of adding), information on buying or renting the soft water system and RO including pricing, warranty, servicing. The detailed explanation was very much appreciated especially for someone who’s never had a soft water system and RO. After we had the soft water loop installed by a plumber, they scheduled the installation of the soft water system. Daniel was on time, very pleasant and polite, an expert in his field. He tested out our faucets and showers and only did we find out that part of our house was not fed by the main water line. This meant that our master bathroom cold water tap would not be soft water as it was fed by another water line. We appreciate Daniel’s honesty in informing this to us so we could make an informed decision because it meant that the soft water system will not run through the whole house which was of course the builder’s fault and not theirs. We still decided to have it installed because it would feed the kitchen, laundry area and kids’ bathroom. Overall, our experience has been great and would definitely recommend them.
